When will I receive my order?
We do our best to deliver within 48 hours to all EU countries. And 24-hour delivery within The Netherlands.
Where is my order?
After you place an order we’ll send you an email. This will remind you what’s in your order and where your parcel is being delivered. You will also receive tracking information by email when your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping and next-day delivery only within The Netherlands.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we provide international shipment options for our customers!
I have a promo code; how do I use it?
All promo codes must be input at the time of checkout by the customer. Our system will not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We cannot apply any promo codes to prior purchases.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use any of the payment types mentioned below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

What is your returns and refunds policy?
Do you want to return something? No problem!
- You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order.
- If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- There’s no need to let us know you’re returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and send it back to us.
We refund the full amount you payed for the product.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
- All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
- Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
